не, пишет fail to connect server

на каком месте это пишет? выбор чаров? ввод логина или где?

если ставишь сервер для локальных тестов, ip везде делай 127.0.0.1

ввожу логин/пароль (любой) все создает.
сервер не для локальных тестов.
и после ввода логина пароля- пишет файл то коннект
